Responsibilities

-Collect sales orders from customers and input the data for the production control team
-Analyze sales information on a monthly and yearly basis and present it to the manager
-Represent the company while building good relationships with customers in Japan and overseas
-Manage the master's data including selling price, sales order, and forecast
-Oversee the customers' orders from inputting the data to delivering the goods

Qualifications

-Previous experience in customer support
-Excel skills including tabulation, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF.
-Business level English
-SAP experience is preferred
-Knowledge in trade business is a plus
