■ 本ポジションでは、5名の部下を持ちながらAP とGL teamの管理をして頂きます。

Responsibilities

- Monthly, quarterly and year end closing based on IFRS and JGAAP (Oracle environment)

- Provide guidance to accounting staff, help with development as 指導者

- Manage through team all areas of accounting transactions for AP and GL including: 

payroll and utilities

capital assets reconciliations

trust account statement reconciliations,

fixed asset activity

debt activity

Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements

Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles

Coordinate and complete annual audits

Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions

Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions 

Qualifications

- Native-level Japanese, business-level English

- 10–15 years experience in senior accounting/finance positions at international companies in Japan

- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases

- Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- USCPA or other finance qualifications highly preferred

- Major ERP system (SAP, Oracle etc.)experience is a plus!
