■チーム体制とレポートライン
会計/ファイナンスチームは2名の少数精鋭体制です（本ポジション＋シニアマネージャー）。経験豊富なシニアマネージャーのもと、日々の業務を通じて多くを学べる環境です！

Responsibilities

– Handle AP operations
– Manage e-banking processes: control payment schedules and prepare payment proposals
– Oversee accounts receivable (AR) for wholesale activities, including receipts, clearing, and issuing monthly invoices
– Prepare and post general ledger (GL) journal entries and perform account reconciliations
– Support Senior Finance Manager with monthly closing activities
– Support to Finance Manager for budget preparation
– Support to Finance Manager for financial audit
– Support to Finance Manager for corporate tax return filing, including consumption taxes
reconciliation
– Tax filing (corporate tax, consumption tax, withholding tax and other local taxes)

Qualifications

– 5+ years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance
– Experience in an international environment, preferably within the luxury or consumer goods sector
– Background in a small to mid-sized organization, with exposure to a broad range of responsibilities, is highly valued
– Strong PC skills; experience with ERP systems required
– English reading and writing skills required for regular email communication with global headquarter
