Responsibilities

– Perform day-to-day Accounts Receivable operations in accordance with internal accounting policies and established procedures.
– Generate and issue customer invoices; monitor incoming payments to ensure timely and accurate application. Follow up with customers on overdue accounts as necessary.
– Review and verify customer credit limits and prepare credit control reports for submission to relevant internal departments.
– Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure completeness and accuracy of payment postings.
– Coordinate cash collection processes and manage related operational logistics, including arrangements with third-party service providers.
– Approve vendor registration data within the indirect procurement system.
– Support both internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance and timely delivery of required documentation.
– Participate in cross-functional accounting projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and compliance.
– Contribute to ongoing and upcoming initiatives, such as ERP system implementation.
– Perform other related accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

‑ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
‑ Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, credit practice in retail environment.
‑ Proven experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
‑ Business level English
– Proficiency in MS Excel
