Responsibilities

– Prepare and post monthly journal entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
– Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
– Reconcile balance sheet accounts (I/C etc.) and resolve discrepancies.
– Support the preparation of internal financial statements (FP&A & Cash Projection).
– Support audit & tax by gathering requested information
– Process vendor invoices and employee expense reimbursements in accordance with company policies.
– Support AR activities including billing, cash application, and collections follow-up.
– Track project CAPEX accurately & timely in PDG format
– Maintain proper documentation/evidence for compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

– 2-7 years in accounting experience
– Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial systems
– Basic communication in English & Native Level in Japanese
