Responsibilities

– Manage expense budgets and track/report changes in company assets.
– Prepare, review, and process financial vouchers, and handle monthly/annual closing procedures.
– Prepare tax documents and manage related administrative tasks.
– Support responses during tax audits.
– Oversee inventory control and conduct physical stock counts.

Qualifications

– Bookkeeping knowledge equivalent to Nissho Boki Level 2, or similar experience.
– At least 2 years of experience managing two or more team members.
– Ability to read and write English at a basic email communication level.
– Ability to understand and analyze financial statements (B/S, P/L) and identify issues.
– Ability to propose solutions for problems found in financial statements.
– Ability to understand company-wide business processes and spot areas that need improvement.
– Ability to review and improve operational workflows and systems.
– Ability to increase productivity through internal audits and process improvements.
– Ability to turn expert insights and data into clear information that supports management decisions.

Welcome Skills and Experience:
