本ポジションは日本のファイナンス責任者へレポートし、SAPを使用した各種トランザクションを担当する5名のサポートスタッフをマネジメントします。チームをリードしながら組織に貢献したい方に、力を発揮できるポジションです。組織の中核として活躍できる環境が整っています。

Responsibilities

– Handle the full monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing process
– Check and confirm financial data prepared by the Malaysia GBS team
– Make sure all work follows Japanese accounting standards
– Communicate with banks and tax advisors when necessary
– Guide the GBS team and manage unexpected issues
– Support the Head of Finance with daily finance task

Qualifications

– 8+ years of experience in corporate accounting or finance
– Practical closing experience and strong knowledge of Japanese accounting standards
– Business-level Japanese and English
– SAP experience
– Able to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines

Welcome Skills and Experience:

– Bookkeeping certification
– Experience working with shared service centers or offshore teams
– Exposure to AR, AP, or financial reporting
