■ レポートラインとチーム構成
本ポジションは日本のアカウンティングマネージャーにレポートし、シニアディレクター、アカウンティングマネージャー、派遣スタッフ2名の計4名のコンパクトなチームで業務を進めます。ERPシステムを使用し効率的な運用が可能な環境が整っています。少人数チームで主体的に動きたい方に適したポジションです。

Responsibilities

– Process AP from start to finish: invoice checks, coding, and journal entries.
– Handle payments and employee reimbursements per internal policies.
– Work with domestic/international vendors to resolve invoice issues.
– Manage AR across retail, e‑commerce, and wholesale.
– Perform daily/monthly reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items.
– Coordinate with Retail/Commercial teams for accurate billing and revenue recognition.
– Support monthly/quarterly/year-end closing with journal entries and accruals.
– Reconcile key accounts (cash, bank, AP/AR, prepaids).
– Assist with audits and tax documentation.
– Help transition AP/AR and payments from external vendors to in-house.
– Support ERP and workflow optimization to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

– 5 years experience in accounting handling AR, AP and / or supporting monthly quarterly and year－end closing
– Understanding of IFRS or USGAAP (Boki 2 level or studied USCPA etc)
– Business level Japanese and conversational English
– Experience working for a US or European company a plus (but not mandatory)
