本ポジションでは日本オフィスの経理業務全般を担当いただきます。将来的にはFP&A(経営企画・予算管理)など、経営に直結する幅広い業務にも挑戦可能です。経理・財務の専門性を幅広く身につけたい方にぴったりのポジションです!

■レポートライン
本ポジションは日本のGeneral Managerにレポートし、海外のファイナンスチームとも密に連携します。日本オフィスの意思決定や改善に主体的に関われる、裁量のあるポジションです。
Responsibilities
Ensure high-quality financial processes and reporting
– Maintain processes that meet audit requirements and comply with ISO standard operating procedures.
– Adapt processes based on the maturity of each business unit as they develop.
Internal monthly reporting
– Prepare and review consolidated management accounts (Accounts Payable/Receivable, P&L, employee expenses, etc.).
– Ensure accuracy and reliability of accounting and treasury reporting.
– Understand balance sheet items and identify associated risks and opportunities.
Data accuracy in accounting system
– Ensure correct and timely data transfer into NetSuite.
External reporting
– Review and assist with reports submitted by local vendors before filing with relevant authorities.
Planning
– Support preparation of detailed consolidated business plans, including the 5-year plan and annual budget.
Direct tax compliance
– Work with tax advisors to implement processes that meet tax obligations across the group.
Indirect tax compliance
– Coordinate with local financial advisors to ensure timely and accurate compliance with local regulations.
– Include distance selling arrangements for e-commerce operations and filings for subsidiaries.
Accounts receivable monitoring
– Track payments from dealers and customers.
– Coordinate with the Sales Manager to take appropriate actions in case of delays.
Qualifications
– Strong experience in preparing consolidated financial statements.
– Leadership skills to motivate teams and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
– Interest in supporting business operations beyond just reporting financial results.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Experience working in a multi-currency environment.
– Knowledge of inventory management and all aspects of stock accounting.
– Commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and process automation.
– Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, manage projects independently, and align time with business objectives.
– Proactive and flexible, with a willingness to contribute to the ongoing development of the business.
