ファイナンスチームは3名の少数精鋭体制です。業務ではSAPを使用しています。

Responsibilities

Accounting Responsibilities:
– Oversee day-to-day accounting operations using ERP systems (e.g., SAP), ensuring all entries are supported by appropriate documentation
– Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoice issuance and payment reconciliation
– Lead monthly and annual financial closings in accordance with internal timelines and accounting standards
– Prepare and submit required tax filings and ensure timely tax payments
– Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure account accuracy
– Monitor and execute timely bank payments
– Support audit preparation and compliance-related documentation
– Manage and delegate tasks to 1–2 accounting team members
– Handle additional finance and administrative duties as required

Finance Responsibilities:
– Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting packages to relevant stakeholders
– Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes
– Monitor actual spending against budgets and flag variances for action

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
– 5 -10 years of work experience as Accounting Manager
– Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
– Hands-on experience with ERP is a must (SAP preferred)
– Intermediate MS Excel skills including Vlookups, SumIf and pivot tables
– Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
– Japanese and English: strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills in both languages.
