Responsibilities

– Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with J-GAAP
– Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
– Oversee tax filings and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
– Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors
– Maintain internal controls and support risk management
– Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer invoices and vendor payments
– Monitor receivables and payables to maintain healthy cash flow and working capital
– Reconcile AR and AP accounts regularly and resolve discrepancies
– Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to address billing and payment issues
– Maintain compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
– Maintain accurate fixed asset records and ensure proper capitalization and depreciation
– Conduct asset verification and reconcile with accounting data
– Support asset tracking, reporting, and compliance with accounting standards
– Manage daily cash and liquidity
– Monitor bank balances and cash flow
– Coordinate banking and financing activities
– Ensure compliance with treasury policy

Qualifications

– 10+ years of experience in accounting operations, financial reporting, and tax compliance
– Prior leadership or supervisory experience
– English (business negotiation level in a multinational atmosphere)
– Strong knowledge of J-GAAP, tax regulations, and financial systems
– Strong proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and other analytical systems
