■大きなチームマネジメント
経理財務は本ポジションを含む13名体制となり、約6名の部下をマネジメント頂きます。大規模なマネジメント経験はマストでは無いため「より大きなチームマネジメントにもチャレンジしたい」というご希望の方も奮ってご応募頂けます。

Responsibilities

– Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce timely monthly financial report or statement
– Responsible for Inter group billing, transfer pricing
– Responsible for Inter group agreement.
– Responsible for half yearly Group consolidation report
– Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
– In charge of compliance to Group’s internal control policies
– Manage external and internal audits and liaises with auditors together with Finance Controller
– Produce the annual budget and reforecasts together with Finance Controller
– Plan and monitor team performance including give coaching and counselling needed to deliver expected outcomes
– Plan and monitor team development together with HR division
– Ensure all changes in Department / Section communicated properly to the team

Qualifications

– 7+ years of relevant accounting / finance experience
– 3+ years of team management experience
– Able to work under pressure in a dynamic fast paced environment and meet tight deadline
– Business level of English, Native level of Japanese
