Responsibilities

– Month close work
– Audit work
– Budgeting and forecasting
– Transfer price document work
– Tax return
– Be responsible for better communications with GBS via SAP HANA module
– Be responsible for any SAP related projects going forwards
– Proactively identify and resolve issues in the team.
– Provide administrative and financial support to the management staff.
– Handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional, mature, discreet and secure manner.
– Monitor collection, overdue, credit limit following the group policy.
– Effectively communicate with employees, customers, suppliers & others.
– Respond to finance related queries.
– Any other duties that may be deemed appropriate to this role.

Qualifications

– Accounting knowledge equivalent to Japanese commercial bookkeeping level 2
– PC skills (Office, Microsoft Excel/XLOOKUP and Pivot Table)
– Written English communication skills (TOEIC score 600 or above)
– Experience of closing work, audit work, budgeting, transfer Price, tax return at global company
– SAP ERP experience is desirable
