■　レポートラインとチーム体制
本ポジションはAPAC地域のアカウンティングディレクターにレポートし、国際的な体制の中でAP・GL領域を担当します。8名のチームの一員として、3～5名のスタッフをマネジメントしながら、会計システムを用いて月次・年次決算を推進します。地域横断で連携しながら業務を進めるため、グローバル環境で専門性を高めたい方に最適なポジションです。

Responsibilities

– Manage monthly/quarterly/year-end closing and financial reporting.
– Oversee daily accounting operations and provide performance insights.
– Ensure tax compliance and coordinate with external tax advisors.
– Maintain compliance with US GAAP, SOX, and internal controls.
– Lead cash management, cashflow reporting, and treasury coordination.
– Drive process improvements and strengthen policies and procedures.
– Support ERP implementations and finance system upgrades.
– Partner with Global Business Service Center and regional teams to improve accounting processes.
– Support accounting transformation, standardization, and automation.
– Stay updated on accounting/tax changes and advise the business.
– Strengthen P2P compliance, purchasing governance, and PO controls.
– Manage, coach, and develop the accounting team.
– Handle additional projects as needed.

Qualifications

– Strong accounting/reporting skills; solid US GAAP, JP GAAP, SOX, tax, and controls knowledge.
– Technical strength in general ledger, financial reporting, audits, and accounting operations.
– Ability to lead complex accounting/tax matters and ensure accurate reporting.
– Strong risk management, analysis, and project management.
– Effective leader and communicator; strong stakeholder management.
– Collaborative, hands‑on, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
– High integrity and attention to detail.
– Experience driving process improvement and finance transformation.
– ERP/project experience; familiarity with global shared services.
– Strong Excel, PowerPoint; bilingual English/Japanese.
– 10+ years in accounting/audit/tax; 5+ years people management.
– Experience in U.S. multinational is a plus.
– Skilled in financial presentations and financial modeling.
– ERP experience.
– Bachelor’s or higher in Finance/Accounting; MBA a plus.
– USCPA/JICPA preferred.
