■　レポートラインとチーム構成
本ポジションは日本のファイナンス責任者（日本人）にレポートし、3名のメンバーをマネジメントします。チーム運営に関わりたい方に、マネジメント経験を積める環境です。

Responsibilities

– Execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing (IFRS/J-GAAP).
– Review and approve daily/monthly accounting (A/P, A/R, intercompany, B/S reconciliation).
– Maintain accurate master data and accounting records
– Manage timely and accurate tax filings with external tax advisors.
– Support tax reviews, audits, and tax planning with CFO and Global HQ.
– Oversee banking operations, manage bank relationships, and forecast cash flow.
– Lead internal control activities and ensure compliance with Group/Company policies.
– Manage external and internal audits with auditors and Group Internal Audit.
– Manage and coach Accounting team members.
– Identify operational issues and drive process improvements to streamline workflows and shorten closing cycles.

Qualifications

– 8+ years of broad finance and accounting experience in multinational companies (consumer products preferred).
– 3+ years as an Accounting Manager or team lead, with experience in closing and working with auditors.
– Strong hands-on knowledge of IFRS, J-GAAP, and HQ reporting.
– ERP experience
– Solid understanding of internal controls and compliance.
– Fluent Japanese and business-level English (strong written communication; intermediate spoken ability).
– Detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture.
– Proactive, fast, self-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
– Strong team player with mature leadership and cross-functional project management skills.
– Advanced Excel skills.

Welcome Skills and Experience:
– CPA / USCPA / advanced accounting qualification is preferred.
– Experience in ERP implementation or process automation.
– Experience using reporting / BI tools
