■ レポートラインとチーム構成
本ポジションはファイナンシャルコントローラー（日本人・Big4出身）にレポートし、2名のスタッフをマネジメントします。チームはCFO、ファイナンシャルコントローラー、本ポジション、スタッフ2名の計5名で構成され、使用システムはOracleです。少人数で密に連携しながら業務を進めるため、主体的に動きたい方にご活躍いただける環境です。

週1日の在宅勤務が可能で、家庭事情に応じた始業時間の調整にも理解があります（管理者承認制）。一方で、立ち上げ期はチーム連携を重視し、オフィス勤務が推奨されるため、協働しながら業務を進めたい方に適した環境です。柔軟な働き方を求めつつ、仲間と力を合わせて成果を出したい方に向いています。

Responsibilities

– Handle daily accounting tasks (journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close).
– Prepare timely and accurate financial statements.
– Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and internal requirements.
– Support budgeting and forecasting with data and analysis.
– Maintain and reconcile fixed assets.
– Assist with cash flow, payments, and banking.
– Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders.
– Improve accounting processes and efficiency.
– Align Japan’s reporting tools with global systems.
– Support JV finance teams and quarterly consolidation.
– Contribute to system implementations, data reviews, and process improvements.
– Support internal controls and strategic transactions.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (CPA, ACA, CMA) are a plus.
– 3–5+ years of hands-on accounting experience, ideally in a corporate or multinational environment.
– Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
– Good technical knowledge of local GAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP.
– Highly detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet tight deadlines.
– Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
– Proficiency with IT and accounting systems preferred.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and levels.
– Proactive mindset with a “can‑do” attitude and willingness to learn.
– Professional English fluency is beneficial but not required.
