Responsibilities

– Ensure all financial transaction records are accurately maintained and entered into the system including general ledgers to provide monthly, quarterly, yearly report in a timely manner
– Manage financial statements in both IFRS and J-GAAP
– Manage Capex and IFRS16 lease accounting
– Manage annual tax reconciliation and all tax returns
– Supervise overall process of treasury activity and cash flow forecast
– Supporting budgeting and analyzing
– Supporting to develop and update accounting system and procedures
– Risks management on controlling points for finance activities.
– Manage the interaction with external interfaces (consultants/advisors, local authorities, etc)
– Support the ad hoc tasks

Qualifications

– 7+ years’ experience in finance or accounting (experience in multi-national companies is a plus)
– Comprehensive knowledge on finance and accounting
– Familiar with relevant accounting rules and legislations
– Professional in reporting, budgeting and forecasting
– Good risk management and internal control skills
– Fluent in Japanese
– Fluency in English ideal, but basic level with strong ambition to achieve the level of fluency also accepted
