Responsibilities

– Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
– Support the financial closing (monthly, quarterly, and annual basis)
– Maintain accounting standards and participate in the control over financial areas
– Conducting reconciliations and assisting in maintaining accurate financial records.
– Contribute to financial data analysis for variances, identifying trends, and areas for improvement.
– Support compliance efforts with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
– Engage with the finance team to assist and improve ERP system functionalities.

Qualifications

– 3 years of experience in accounting
– Understanding of general accounting principles.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Experience with ERP systems
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Native level Japanese
– Business-level English
