■レポートラインとチーム体制
本ポジションでは、日本拠点のファイナンス＆オペレーション部門責任者にレポートし、FP&Aチーム（5名）のマネジメントを担当いただきます。

Responsibilities

Regional Planning & Forecasting
– Lead Japan’s annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accurate financial and operational coverage.
– Develop financial models to support forecasting and scenario analysis.
– Collaborate with local and global teams to align financial and operational plans.
– Analyze budget variances and provide insights to senior management.
– Ensure processes align with corporate goals and market conditions.

Team Leadership & Development
– Manage a team of five FP&A professionals, fostering collaboration and high performance.
– Delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflow and skill utilization.
– Conduct performance reviews and support professional growth.

Investment and Resource Planning
– Oversee financial evaluations and capital planning for new initiatives.
– Present investment recommendations to senior leadership.
– Monitor project performance and returns.

Cross-Functional Project Engagement
– Represent FP&A in local and global projects.
– Provide financial insights to support projects and coordinate between Japan and global teams.
– Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Strategic Planning & Market Insights
– Lead Japan’s mid- to long-term strategic planning with regional leadership.
– Analyze market trends and competitor activity to support recommendations.
– Prepare executive-level presentations aligned with corporate goals and market realities.

Qualifications

Key Requirements
– Academic / Professional Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
– MBA and/or CPA certification is highly desirable.

Work Experience
– Minimum 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within consumer goods, retail, or a related industry.
– Experience working at consultancy firms is a strong advantage.
– Proven track record in managing projects and leading cross-functional teams.
– Skilled in financial modeling and analytical tools.

Required Competencies
– Proficiency in both Japanese and English.
– Strong leadership and team management abilities.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
