Responsibilities

– Management, development and preparation of program and financial forecasts
– Estimate at Complete (EAC) development and reviews
– Preparation of business unit’s financial packages
– Earned Value Management System (EVMS) reporting and compliance
– Booking, revenue, profit, and cash flow forecasts;
– Internal and external reporting, Balance Sheet monitoring & analysis
– Discretionary planning, reporting, management and analysis
– Ad-hoc requests, audit support, and business management support of product line
– Serve as advisor to senior leadership team and provide financial reporting and analysis to Business Line. Participate in business develop initiatives and proposal gate reviews to promote growth
– Provide financial leadership to ensure EVMS budget planning and tracking of Cost/Schedule and EAC metrics
– Develops, plans, organizes and assigns the workflow of the group/department and ensures that projects are completed on schedule and within budget
– Responsible for all aspects of management/leadership

Qualifications

– 8+ years of accounting or finance experience
– 5+ years of Accounting/Finance experience at manufacturing industries
– 5+ years of managerial position experience
– Familiar with SAP and proficient in MS office
– Knowledge of US GAAP, PIAP, Hyperion, SOX, forecasts etc.
– Fluency in both English and Japanese
