Responsibilities

– Lead and oversee financial, tax, and management accounting functions
– Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for audits and filings
– Manage budgeting and forecasting; analyze variances and support executive decision-making through financial reporting at a global level
– Promote internal control policies and develop compliance procedures

Qualifications

– Fluency in Chinese, Japanese, and English
– Work experience in Japan
– Prior experience as a CFO or equivalent senior financial executive
– Manufacturing industry experience, preferably in growth-oriented businesses
– Strong factory finance knowledge and expertise in cost accounting
– Strategic thinking and communication skills at a global level
