■新設ポジション／ファイナンスマネージャー
本ポジションは、事業の拡大に伴って新たに設けられたポジションになります！
外部の会計事務所とのやりとりを担当しながら、将来的には社内での経理体制を構築していく役割を担います。仕組みづくりから関われる、非常にやりがいのあるポジションです！

■レポートラインと今後の体制
本ポジションでは、日本法人の代表とグローバル本社（ファイナンスチーム）の両方にレポートします。最初は個人で業務を進める形になりますが、今後の成長に合わせてチームの立ち上げ・マネジメントにも関わっていただく想定です。本社では主要なERPシステムが導入されており、今後日本でも対応が進められる予定です。

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
– Establish and manage internal accounting and admin functions.
– Implement financial processes and controls; align procedures with global HQ.
– Act as finance liaison between Japan and global teams.
– Localize accounting policies and ensure accurate day-to-day entries and invoicing.
– Conduct financial analysis (P&L, cost estimates, market sizing).
– Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for HQ and local management.
– Lead budgeting, forecasting, and support performance improvements.
– Contribute to financial planning and business strategy.
Additional Tasks:
– Create and update annual budgets; monitor cash flow and liquidity.
– Prepare financial reports and management narratives.
– Approve expenses and ensure accurate tax filings.
– Oversee closings, audits, and statutory reporting.
Working Capital Management:
– Optimize inventory levels and turnover.
– Manage receivables, collections, and payables.
Other Duties:
– Perform bank reconciliations and support risk management.
– Ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
– Drive system improvements and process automation.

Qualifications

– Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
– High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and sense of ownership
– Passion for contributing to meaningful and purpose-driven work
– Experience working with or managing outsourced finance functions
– Fluent Japanese (JLPT N1 level or native) and business-level English proficiency
