Responsibilities

－ Develop and implement a financial strategy to support the company’s growth goals.
－ Lead and develop all financial and administrative reporting activities in a local and global context.
－ Ensure that the company complies with applicable （financial） rules and regulations.
－ Prepare the annual budget as well as the regular forecasts and keep track of these （financial） targets.
－ Coaching and challenging management colleagues as a finance business partner
－ Work with other management members, contribute to all kinds of culture change activities
－ Be in charge of financial and non－financial topics as compliance officer
－ Be responsible for SCM/Logistics and IT department too

Qualifications

－ Understanding of business strategy and possess an entrepreneurial mindset
－ Experience making well－founded financial decisions
－ Possess several years of experience in a similar role
－ Experience in wide range of financial tasks including business cases, pricing support, cost controlling, financial statements, monthly reporting, currency exchange, receivables management, etc.
－ Are open for digital （IT） processes and have solid experience of working with business systems
－ Command good and active English language skills
