■レポートライン
本ポジションではAPAC財務ディレクターおよび国内のマネージングディレクターに報告します。
財務のシニアメンバーとも頻繁にやり取りがあるので、直属の上司との関係を築く機会もたくさんあります！

Responsibilities

Financial Leadership:
– Manage all financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, analysis, tax, treasury, and reporting.
– Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial statements with applicable regulations and standards.
– Lead the preparation and presentation of financial reports to senior management and governing bodies.
– Develop and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Operational Excellence:
– Work closely with operations teams to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
– Support the alignment of operational strategies with financial objectives to drive cost optimization.
– Oversee financial impacts related to business operations, including supply chain, production, and inventory.
Business Strategy:
– Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement long-term business strategies.
– Provide financial analysis and insights to support key business decisions and growth plans.
– Identify and manage financial, operational, and market risks to protect company assets.
Executive Leadership:
– Act as a key advisor to senior finance leadership and the executive team in the APAC and Japan regions on financial, business, and operational matters.
– Lead and develop the finance team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
– Represent the finance department in executive forums and contribute to overall corporate leadership.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA) is highly desirable
– 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role.
– Proven experience in relevant industries involving complex financial environments.
– Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a solid understanding of accounting standards such as GAAP and IFRS.
– Experience in operations management with a track record of improving operational efficiencies.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate at all organizational levels.
– Strategic thinker capable of translating financial data into actionable business strategies.
– Demonstrates high integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
