Responsibilities

You will report to the Head of Accounting & Consolidation and play a key role in:
– Managing accounting operations and bookkeeping across multiple countries and entities
– Overseeing and coordinating external accounting partners for your entities
– Delivering monthly closings and financial reporting for your entities
– Preparing and reporting annual statutory local accounts
– Managing annual local financial audits
– Managing and coordinating external tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate tax compliance
– Contributing to the drafting and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
– Driving continuous improvement and digitization of accounting processes
– Ensuring adoption and implementation of group-wide accounting policies and procedures for your entities
– Supporting accounting and finance projects
– Supporting business development on accounting and finance-related matters
– Partnering with other departments to enhance business performance while maintaining compliance

Qualifications

– Fluent English written and spoken
– Solid accounting knowledge and background across different local GAAPs
– IFRS knowledge is a plus
