Responsibilities

– Deliver Group Financial reporting
Meet financial information needs of Japanese Leadership team, Global Controlling team, and Group HQ for all Japanese Plants and legal Entities
Advise fields of corrective actions and cost containment
Monitor leading and lagging KPIs
– Ensures that planning requirements for Japan are met
– Drives business and financial analysis to contribute to the strategic decision-making process.
– Acts as interface between BU Regional Management and local Operations and Management.
– Participates in a variety of finance related projects as nominated, and supervises internal investments, approval process and fixed assets management.
– Responsible for the monitoring of the Working Capital development, especially the Accounts Receivables and the Inventories and safeguards AC’s assets.
– Supervises the tax, treasury, accounting, reporting and financial internal control processes and procedures for the organizational scope.
– Assisting the Managing Director with NSCL relations, Board activities, Board resolutions, and organizing Shareholders meetings.

Qualifications

– 10+ years of experience in the finance and accounting field with an internationally operating company
– Expert Knowledge of IFRS and JGAAP
– Current and commanding knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, plant controlling, investment calculations, contract administrations, and analysis of various business strategies
– Project management skills
– Business level English skills, and Native level Japanese
– Experience in people management
