■レポートラインとチーム構成について
本ポジションでは、APACファイナンス部門リーダーにレポートしつつ、同時に日本拠点のシニアマネジメントをサポートします。約5名のチームを管理。また、ERPシステムを活用して業務を進めます。

在宅勤務の日程を自由に調整可能です！ファイナンスチームも週1～2日の在宅勤務を活用しているとのことで、繁忙期でも無理なく仕事と生活の両立ができます♪

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:
– Oversee all finance, accounting, tax, audit, and compliance matters for the Japan entities.
– Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting under IFRS and local GAAP.
– Serve as a business partner to local management, providing financial insight and guidance.
– Maintain strong internal controls and drive continuous process improvements.
– Manage relationships with external and internal auditors to ensure full compliance.
– Ensure compliance with Japanese laws and regulations related to finance.
– Lead, develop, and motivate the local finance team.
– Support cross-functional and finance transformation initiatives.
– Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

– 10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, preferably within a multinational environment.
– Strong knowledge of IFRS and Japanese GAAP (J-GAAP).
– Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools (e.g., Hyperion).
– Hands-on experience with SAP and advanced Excel skills.
– Solid understanding of Japanese tax regulations and local accounting practices.
– Proven ability to lead teams, drive change, and deliver results in a matrix organization.
– Strong leadership and people development skills.
– Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
– Experience preparing and presenting financial results to management.
