Responsibilities

– Lead, coach, and develop the local Finance & Administration team to meet current and future business needs.
– Build strong partnerships across all functions within the organization.
– Maintain an open, collaborative, and trusting relationship with local teams, and corporate teams.
– Identify key business drivers and risks, and drive practical, solution‑oriented actions to support business success.
– Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
– Protect company assets and ensure accurate and fair financial reporting.
– Maintain productive relationships with external authorities.
– Oversee all local finance and administration services.
– Ensure smooth financial and administrative operations, including reporting, asset protection, cash management, planning, forecasting, business analysis, IT operations, and facility management.
– Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
– Implement and maintain internal control processes.

Qualifications

– University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
– At least 10 years of experience in finance, controlling, administration, or similar roles.
– Strong ability to build cross‑functional partnerships and align teams toward shared goals.
– Solid experience in planning, forecasting, and financial analysis to support data‑driven decisions.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong, trusting relationships with the General Manager, corporate teams, and external partners.
