社外のベンダーと連携を取る場面はありますが、スタンドアローンでの業務となるため、マネジメント業務に手を取られずに自身の業務に集中頂ける環境です。

Responsibilities

– all bookkeeping, reporting and variance analysis; adhering to local compliance (Japanese GAAP)
– Preparation and submission of weekly & monthly management reports as required
– Attending monthly/Quarterly review meeting and regional finance conference
– Preparing Company’s annual Budget, and monthly Forecasts. Variance analysis, and counter measures study. Cost control, Policy setup and providing cost saving ideas.
– Support to improve company efficiency and compliance.
– VAT, Corporate income tax with close corporation with tax agent
– Growing finance and Back up plan for independent month end closing by accounting firm.
– Managerial role in local by providing financial advice, analysis and good communication, Budget preparation
– Supervise contacts with external auditors, banks and other local government authorities;

Qualifications

– Be familiar with JGAAP & IFRS
– Strong computer skills including advanced Excel/PPT knowledge.
– Sound track record of work in Accounting and Finance with increasing responsibility.
– Fluent English communicator
– Experience in manufacturing or trading Company
