レポート先は日本拠点の責任者およびAPACファイナンス責任者となります。日本2名・韓国1名の計3名のチームを率いていただきます。SAPを使用し、英語を日常的に活用する国際的な環境で、特にコントローリング／FP&A領域のスキルをさらに高めていただけます。

Responsibilities

– Handle core finance functions: accounting, credit control, cash flow, capex, fiscal planning, treasury, budgeting, and forecasting
– Support business decision‑making and contribute to tactical initiatives
– Oversee and guide the execution of business plans
– Manage capital requests and the budgeting process
– Participate in key management decisions as part of the leadership team
– Develop management information systems that support company decisions
– Ensure financial reports are accurate and delivered on time
– Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and legal partners
– Build and maintain strong internal control systems
– Identify and mitigate key risks in the company’s risk profile
– Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
– Lead and advise the finance team to ensure compliance with local laws and corporate policies

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
– Fluent in English and Japanese; Korean is a plus
– Strong hands‑on experience with SAP and advanced Excel
– Solid understanding of financial management, ideally in manufacturing or similar industries
– Proven ability to work with regional and global stakeholders in a matrix organization
– 12+ years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles
– Experience leading cross‑border teams (preferred)
– Strong knowledge of both local and international accounting standards
