■ ポジションのミッション：新ファイナンス組織の“創り手”になる
卸売と小売のファイナンス機能を統合し、新たなファイナンス組織を立ち上げるフェーズに参画できます。このポジションは、業務プロセスの再設計、機能の効率化、ベストプラクティスの浸透、そして採用を含むチームづくりまで、幅広い領域で主導的に関わる“中心人物”となる役割です。組織づくりに挑戦し、自分の理想のチームを形にしたい方にぴったりのポジションです。

■ レポートラインとチーム構成
APAC のシニアディレクターにレポートしながら、着任時は経理・FP&A 各1名の少数精鋭チームを率いてスタートします。その後、卸売・小売の統合に伴い、約8名（経理5名、FP&A3名）を統括するリーダーへと段階的にステップアップしていくポジションです。多様なバックグラウンドを持つチームを率い、リーダーとして成長したい方 に最適なステージです。

Responsibilities

– Market Finance Leadership：Leads all market finance as the single contact for Cluster/Region/Group, ensuring one unified financial voice and full alignment with Group policies.

– Efficiency & Operating Model：Drives efficiency and cost savings, harmonizes processes and systems, implements the global model, and builds scalable, automated finance operations.

– Business Partnering & Performance：Provides strong financial partnership, ensures consistent support across channels, delivers insights to guide performance, and leads forecasting and reviews.

– Governance & Compliance：Owns statutory reporting, controls, audits, and compliance; ensures data integrity and KPI standards; acts as main contact for auditors and authorities.

– Planning & Reporting：Leads targets, budgets, forecasts, CAPEX, and provides regular reporting and analysis.

– Business Development & M&A：Supports M&A, due diligence, integration, and market expansion projects.

– Finance Organization & Talent：Builds and leads a unified finance team, defines roles, and drives talent development and collaboration.

Qualifications

– Master’s in Business/Finance; CPA preferred
– 10+ years in financial management
– Fluent in English + local language
– Strong leadership in performance, reporting, governance
– Clear market‑level performance storytelling
– Experience in cost efficiency and Finance operating models
– Lead market / multi‑entity Finance teams
– Understand matrix organizations
– Strong controlling skills; skilled with SAP/BI tools
– Experience as Market CFO / Finance Director
– Build high‑performing teams

Welcome Skills and Experience:

– Extra education or certifications in transformation, strategy, or leadership are a plus
– Experience in B2C/Retail and shared services environments
– Comfortable acting as a neutral challenger and thought partner
– Able to lead without direct authority across teams and channels
– Experience with ERP systems and using Finance systems for standardization and automation
