本ポジションでは複数の海外拠点の財務チームと連携するため、国内にいながらグローバルな環境での業務経験を積むことができます。かつて大手日本企業の一部だったところ、現在は独立した組織として運営されており、FP&A機能の強化や戦略的な取り組みに携わる機会もあります。

■チーム構成とレポート先
本ポジションでは、グローバルFP&Aディレクターに直接レポートし、国内のFP&A担当8名のチームで業務を行います。日本拠点での個人貢献者としてのポジションですが、世界各地に10～15名のFP&A担当者がいます。

Responsibilities

Budgeting & Forecasting:
– Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring timely development of top-down guidance and alignment with regional forecasting processes.
– Collaborate with department leaders to gather and validate assumptions, providing insights on the financial impact of operational decisions.
– Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor financial and operational performance, and communicate key findings to senior management.
Strategic Planning & Decision Support:
– Provide recommendations based on scenario analysis and sensitivity testing.
– Contribute to long-term planning by supporting financial targets and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CFA certification is a plus).
– Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or a related finance function.
– Strong skills in financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting.
– Proficiency with financial systems such as SAP, Hyperion, NetSuite, or equivalent tools.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management in English and Japanese.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
– Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
