Responsibilities

– Lead annual planning and monthly forecasting processes, including variance analysis
– Monitor and analyze key financial metrics such as revenue, profit, and costs
– Prepare financial reports and strategic presentations for senior management
– Identify improvement opportunities through product- and performance-based analysis
– Conduct advanced data analysis using Excel and various systems/tools
– Support business strategy development from a financial perspective
– Oversee consistency in cost allocation and intercompany transactions
– Ensure integrity of financial master data such as cost centers, accounts, and product information
– Track and forecast daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow
– Propose and implement initiatives to improve working capital, including forecasting and reporting
– Support accurate monthly and annual closing in collaboration with the accounting team
– Mentor and develop team members while managing cross-functional projects

Qualifications

– Over 10 years of experience in finance and accounting
– Proven track record in FP&A, including budgeting and analysis
– Advanced skills in Excel, ERP systems, various financial tools, and presentation software
– Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities, along with project management skills
– Cross-functional collaboration and team leadership capabilities

Welcome skills and experience:
– Financial experience in retail or wholesale channels
– Understanding of GAAP and financial regulations
– Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
– Intermediate or higher English proficiency
– Experience in data-driven roles with a strong sense of responsibility
– Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
