Responsibilities

– Handle bank payments, incoming/outgoing transactions, and upload bank data into SAP
– Review and approve staff and store reimbursements, and prepare summaries for HR
– Collect invoices and manage AP booking and payments
– Support month-end closing, including AP entries, accruals, and prepayments to ensure accurate balance sheet accounts
– Communicate with external partners such as banks, law firms, tax advisors, and insurance companies
– Process e-tax and real estate tax payments and post related entries
– Coordinate with other departments and share announcements when needed
– Assist in preparing board meeting minutes
– Perform other tasks assigned by the APAC Senior Accounting Manager

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, with a strong accounting foundation
– Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
– Business-level English (written and spoken) and strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
– Responsible, cooperative, flexible, and quick to learn
– Proactive and able to work well under pressure
– Strong communication skills for working with the APAC regional team

Welcome skills and experience:
– SAP knowledge or SAP migration experience
– CPA qualification and experience in a retail environment
