■　チーム体制とレポートライン
日本法人CFOにレポートし、5～6名規模の経理・財務チームのうち2名をマネジメントします。今後はERPの移行も予定されており、組織運営とシステム面の両方で変革に関わることができます。チームマネジメントや業務改善に関心のある方に適した体制です。

Responsibilities

– Manage monthly management accounts and prepare performance reports for senior management.
– Partner with business managers to translate non‑financial data into financial insights that improve cost control and budgeting.
– Prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
– Lead core FP&A activities, including planning, forecasting, spending analysis, and reporting.
– Work with business units to project future income and expenses.
– Maintain and improve internal control systems to ensure compliance and reduce risks.
– Review procedures and reports regularly to identify and address potential issues.

Qualifications

– Fluency in Japanese and English (written and spoken).
– BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
– CPA or equivalent professional finance certification.
– Proven experience as a Finance Manager or FP&A Manager.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
– Ability to lead, supervise, and manage teams.
– Solid analytical skills using BI and reporting tools.
– Able to multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
– Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
– Ability to lead cross‑functional projects.
– Advanced skills in MS Office, accounting systems, and databases.
