Responsibilities

– Analyze company’s financial situation and make future financial projections.
– Provide advice to management based on financial data to support decision making.
– Analyze profitability, safety, productivity, and other metrics.
– Manage business expenses and implement cost reduction initiatives.
– Plan and analyze budgets compared to actuals and recommend improvements as needed.
– Build revenue and pricing models and assist in resolving business issues.

Qualifications

– JSC Bookkeeping Level 2
– At least 5 years of experience in FP&A
– Experience using Tableau
– Business level English proficiency
– Native level Japanese language skills
– Able to communicate smoothly with various departments and skilled at gathering information.
– Attention to detail.
– Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
