■オフピーク時間での出勤
出勤時間が10:00~ と比較的余裕をもって出勤できるため、朝の日課などを済ませてからお仕事に集中できます！

Responsibilities

1. Financial Recordkeeping:
– Maintain and update financial records, including ledger entries and reconciliations.
– Process and review AP/AR transactions.
– Ensure financial data accuracy and policy compliance.
– Handle invoice issuance, vendor payments, employee claims, petty cash, and government payments (taxes, social security).
2. Monthly, Quarterly, and Year-End Closing:
– Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
– Coordinate with APAC shared services on fixed assets, leases, deposits, and ARO.
– Reconcile intercompany balances with HQ.
– Support asset and lease coordination; assist Senior Finance Director with reporting.
– Generate financial reports (B/S, P&L, cash flow).
– Support monthly B/S and P&L reviews.
– Support corporate/consumption tax filings with external advisors.
3. Retail Transactions and Reconciliation:
– Reconcile sales reports with bank and POS data.
– Manage inventory accounting, including COGS and adjustments.
4. Budgeting and Forecasting:
– Assist in budget and forecast preparation, noting variances and trends.
– Monitor performance and suggest adjustments.
5. Compliance and Audit:
– Ensure adherence to controls and regulations.
– Prepare and support audit documentation.
6. Financial Analysis:
– Conduct analysis to support planning and decisions.
– Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
7. Communication and Collaboration:
– Collaborate with sales, operations, and management on financial goals.

Qualifications

– 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the retail industry.
– USGAAP/IFRS knowledge. Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
