Responsibilities

Budget Management and Financial Planning
– Develop annual budgets and perform monthly and quarterly forecasts and variance analyses, reporting results to management.
Monitor budget execution across departments and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
– Financial Analysis and Performance Monitoring
-Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to profitability and productivity, identifying areas for management attention.
– Support decision-making through break-even, scenario, and other financial analyses.
Cost Control
-Drive initiatives to optimize both fixed and variable costs.
– Implement cost accounting practices and manage project-specific profitability.
Internal Control and Risk Management
– Enhance internal controls over financial processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
– Improve financial reporting accuracy in line with accounting standards.
Management Support
– Assist in developing mid-term business plans and related financial strategies.

Qualifications

– University graduate
– More than 5 years of practical experience in financial management and management accounting
(experience at manager level preferred).
– Deep knowledge of budget management and forecast analysis.
– Accounting qualification (CPA, USCPA, bookkeeping level 1, etc.) or equivalent knowledge.
– Skill in using Excel (pivot, VLOOKUP, etc.) and ERP (SAP/Oracle, etc.).
– Experience in financial management in sales or multi-location companies.
– Fluent English.
– Experience working in start-up or rapidly changing environment is a plus
