直属の上司は外国籍で英語を使う機会も多く、グローバルな環境で働けるポジションです。チーム内には海外経験のあるメンバーもおり、国際的な雰囲気の中で協力しながら業務を進めています。上司は入社して約3年で、最近マネージャーに昇進したばかりのため、引継ぎもスムーズに行える環境が整っています。

■チーム構成
本ポジションでは外国籍マネージャーのもと、４名のチームメンバーと複数の事業部門をカバーします。（1人あたり1～2部門を担当）

Responsibilities

1. Budgeting & Forecasting
– Collaborate with business unit leaders and global stakeholders in the annual budgeting and semi-annual forecasting processes.
– Own deliverables including data collection, standardized template preparation, and accurate, timely uploads to the reporting system.
– Focus on supporting sales/service and production-related business units in Japan.
2. Monthly Reporting & Analysis
– Deliver high-quality monthly financial reports across business segments in Japan.
– Prepare business-specific reports (e.g., weekly sales tracking, gross margin analysis, product reports, OPEX/expense tracking, and production KPIs).
– Continuously enhance reporting tools and processes (e.g., Excel, dashboards, SharePoint, Power BI) based on evolving needs.
– Conduct variance analysis vs. actuals, budgets, and prior-year results, and share insights to support performance improvement.
3. Projects
– Lead or support initiatives such as profitability improvement, pricing, working capital optimization, process reengineering, and business modeling for new setups (e.g., showroom, warehouse).
– Support cross-functional projects including financial system implementations and confidential initiatives.
– Develop decision-support materials (ROI, feasibility studies, business cases) and act as a strategic link between functions (e.g., operations, sales, finance, and project teams).
4. Other Responsibilities
– Flexibly support the controlling team beyond assigned units.
– Demonstrate teamwork and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
– Maintain a balance between accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration to meet deadlines and business needs.

Qualifications

– Experience: At least three years of FP&A work experience required
– Languages: Japanese (fluent) & English (conversational)
