■レポートラインとチーム構成
本ポジションは、スタッフ1名をマネジメントし、APACディビジョンディレクター／グローバルビジネスマネージャーへレポートします。日本の経理・財務チームは3名体制で構成され、協力しながら業務を遂行します。国際的なビジネス環境に触れ、グローバル基準の業務経験を積みながら、チームリーダーとしてのマネジメント経験を磨けます！

Responsibilities

Lead the team to manage daily operations with accuracy and efficiency
– Serve as the main contact for stakeholders
– Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth
– Work with the regional tax team to meet local tax requirements
– Partner with the treasury team to manage banking activities
– Contribute to process improvement initiatives as a key team member
– Support internal and external audits, including ICF controls
– Handle ad hoc tasks as needed

Ensure all local processes are completed accurately and on time
– Improve efficiency and accuracy of local processes
– Maintain compliance with accounting regulations and internal control policies
– Provide end-to-end support for business changes and new initiatives

Qualifications

Requirements:
– Minimum 5 years of experience with accounting related with related business

Computer Skills:
– Knowledge of ERP system
– Knowledge of reporting system
– Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly in MS Excel
