Responsibilities

– Prepare monthly analysis of key financial statement items (P&L and Balance Sheet).
– Support finance‑driven process improvements and special projects.
– Review P&L and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with IFRS and SOX.
– Coordinate annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets/forecasts for Cash Flow and Balance Sheet, including variance analysis and explanation of changes.
– Work closely with HQ finance team to share best practices and identify areas for simplification
– Support monthly closing, analyze results, and explain variances.
– Lead quarterly forecasts and the annual budgeting process.
– Ensure accuracy of monthly revenue and expense figures.
– Provide monthly outlook guidance to each department.
– Handle Capex reporting.
– Partner with various teams across the organization to support business decisions.

Qualifications

– 5+ years of FP&A or Controlling experience in a multinational company.
– Business‑level to advanced English skills.
– Understanding of major ERP systems.
– Solid knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, and revenue recognition.

Welcome skills and experience:
– Advanced finance or accounting certifications (CPA, CMA, MBA, CFA, etc.) are a plus.
