Responsibilities

– Act as a business partner and work closely with the Operations team using objective, data‑driven insights.
– Join Operations team meetings and discuss hospital management issues using quantitative analysis.
– Develop a revenue management framework, including operational KPIs; create forecasts with the Operations team; track KPI progress and analyze variances.
– Prepare reports and materials for revenue reporting and KPI analysis for management and other stakeholders.
– Accurately record revenue, advances, and accounts receivable for each clinic in Oracle, and automate accounting processes by integrating related IT systems.
– Work with the regional IT team to create Power BI dashboards for operational KPIs.
– Implement revenue recognition and cash collection processes at newly acquired sites and support staff during integration.
– Contribute to the Finance team’s growth by supporting each other and working toward team objectives.
– Participate in company projects or training as needed.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with at least 10 years of mid‑level finance experience.
– Strong understanding of business processes, with a minimum of 5 years in FP&A.
– Advanced Excel skills.
– Interest in and good understanding of finance automation tools.
– Strong communication and active listening skills.
– Good judgment and ability to influence without formal authority.
– Preferably experience in FMCG industry, especially in Finance Business Partnering and FP&A.
