Responsibilities

– Analyze differences between budget, forecast, and actual financial results.
– Collaborate with department heads in Japan to gather updated forecasts and monthly actuals.
– Ensure accurate and timely management reporting across the company.
– Lead monthly review meetings with both local and global stakeholders.
– Clearly communicate business performance, future plans, risks, and opportunities.
– Build and maintain an efficient, end‑to‑end FP&A process.
– Lead business planning cycles in partnership with the Senior FP&A Manager and local/regional finance teams.
– Perform ad‑hoc cost analysis and support other financial activities as needed.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree
– 5+ year experience in financial analysis, reporting and data analytics under English environment
– Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Finance / Accounting
– Experience in fast‑growing or dynamic business environments is a plus
– Strong drive for process improvement and efficiency
– Positive, proactive problem‑solving mindset with strong logical thinking
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills; able to work cross‑functionally locally and globally
– High proficiency in both Japanese and English
– Self‑motivated, independent, and able to take initiative
– Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
