Responsibilities

– Carry a key role in helping drive improvement Purchase price variance and Cost reduction plan.
– Track the progress of PPV and CRP initiatives for the achievement of budget and forecast.
– Material index and price changes reconciliation and management, track suppliers’ payment term optimization.
– Provide business insight regards to forward looking scenarios-based analysis, deviation analysis compared to budget /forecast.
– Understand business drivers, need and process to identify opportunity and challenges, working with finance /BU/plant to ensure PPV and CRP actions plan implemented.
– Proactively participate annual budgeting / monthly rolling forecast.
– CCA(price change management) review and process management.
– IMS annual saving track and control to make sure plants fully execute actions to achieve budget.

Qualifications

– 5+ years’ experience for MNC, as a controller position. (Plus to have experience as a purchasing controller, or a function leader of Automobile components suppliers)
– Familiar with various accounting standards such as IFRS, JP GAAP etc.
– Hyperion, SAP, Excel, PowerPoint knowledge is required.
– Self-motivate, responsible and willing to work under pressure
– Good communication skill in Japanese and English
