Responsibilities

– Commercial Finance Business Partnering for key customers, leading pricing, rebates, promotions, negotiations, and commercial initiatives.
– Lead Revenue and Gross Profit planning, forecasting, weekly revenue landing estimates, and performance management by reviewing, validating, and challenging inputs to ensure a single aligned financial position.
– Provide Finance insights in S&OP, bridging demand planning, sales planning, and financial forecasting, and validating financial implications.
– Review and challenge New Product launch business cases, commercial investments, ROI logic, and support strategic projects.
– Oversee A&P management, budget allocation, actuals vs. plan tracking, efficiency analysis, and alignment with financial goals.
– Act as process owner for reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clarity, and supporting management and regional requests.
– Collaborate with Commercial, Accounting, Marketing, Distribution, and Regional Finance, supporting management presentations and planning process improvements.
– Serve as Senior Individual Contributor, providing technical guidance, quality review, analytical standards, and best practices.

Qualifications

– 10+ year experience as Finance, including 5+ years of FP&A experience as a business partner (with Sales/Marketing), providing financial insight to managements as well as creating, tracking, and controlling financial actual, forecasts and metrics.
– Experience in FP&A / Commercial Finance in a multinational environment.
– Experience in creating & providing financial presentations for management.
– Experience in developing financial models for business decisions, including balance sheets and statements of cash flows, in addition to income statements.
