Responsibilities

– Act as main Finance partner for key customers
– Lead pricing, rebate, promotion, and negotiation discussions
– Support complex commercial decisions across customers
– Lead weekly revenue forecasts
– Own revenue & gross profit planning
– Review and challenge Sales/Marketing assumptions
– Deliver one aligned financial outlook
– Represent Finance in S&OP
– Connect demand, sales, and financial plans
– Validate financial impact of scenarios
– Review new product business cases
– Ensure consistent ROI logic
– Support cross‑functional strategic projects
– Manage A&P budgets and allocations
– Track actuals vs plan and recommend reallocations
– Align spending with financial strategy
– Lead weekly revenue forecast process and key reporting cycles
– Provide inputs for regional reviews and forecasts
– Prepare reports and handle ad hoc requests
– Work closely with Commercial, Accounting, and Regional Finance
– Support Senior FP&A Manager with presentations and reviews
– Mentor team members and set analytical standards

Qualifications

– 10+ years of Finance experience, including 5+ years in FP&A as a business partner to Sales/Marketing, providing financial insights and managing actuals, forecasts, and key metrics.
– FP&A or Commercial Finance experience in a multinational company.
– Experience creating and delivering financial presentations for management.
– Experience building financial models to support business decisions, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
