Responsibilities

– Lead annual budget and regular forecasts for the region, ensuring alignment with strategic and corporate plans.
– Build and maintain forecasting models to improve revenue, margin, and cost accuracy.
– Coordinate Capex budgeting between headquarters and local planning teams.
– Deliver performance insights through analysis of key commercial, operational, and financial metrics.
– Manage the regional performance reporting framework to ensure clear and consistent information.
– Track and analyze Opex and Capex to support cost efficiency and profitability goals.
– Conduct variance analysis and highlight key drivers, recommending actions when needed.

Qualifications

– 5+ years of experience in business/strategic analytics, controlling, or data analytics in a retail environment, with a proven record of delivering measurable commercial or cost impact.
– Strong skills in Excel/Sheets, and ERP systems.
– Solid analytical thinking, project management, and communication skills.
– Strong written and spoken English ability.
