Responsibilities

– Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning.
– Analyze results, explain variances, and share insights.
– Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
– Partner with business teams to assess performance and find growth opportunities.
– Support strategic projects like investments and cost optimization.
– Maintain accurate financial data.
– Handle ad hoc finance requests from APAC and HQ.

Qualifications

– 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting (retail/fashion preferred).
– Knowledge of Japanese GAAP, IFRS, or US GAAP.
– Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
– Strong English and Japanese communication skills.
– Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
– Strong business judgment and stakeholder management skills.
– Prior experience with foreign/imported retail brands is a plus.
