Responsibilities

– Develop and refine compensation plans aligned with business strategy and industry trends
– Create fair evaluation systems for individual performance
– Manage and enhance compensation processes
– Oversee salary increases, bonuses, and annual adjustments
– Continuously improve policies to offer better compensation packages
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth implementation

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– 5+ years relevant C&B releated experience
– Strong communication skills
– Experience using HR systems
– Good PC skills
– Understanding of Japan labor law and regulations
