Responsibilities

– HR Operations Oversight: Ensure efficient and compliant HR operations, including data management, policy updates, and adherence to legal and corporate standards.
– Total Rewards & Payroll Management: Administer salary structures, merit increases, incentives, bonuses, benefits, and monthly payroll for both permanent staff and contractors.
– Union Relations: Serve as the primary liaison for union-related matters, including daily interactions, issue resolution, and annual negotiations.
– Audit & Legal Compliance: Manage responses to internal/external audits, including tax and labor, and coordinate with legal advisors and consultants to ensure regulatory compliance.
– Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead recruitment activities, including contractor management and onboarding/offboarding processes, leveraging external partners as needed.
– Headcount & Cost Tracking: Monitor and report on workforce size and personnel-related expenses, ensuring accurate and timely data for internal stakeholders.
– Health & Safety Compliance: Coordinate with the company doctor to fulfill government health requirements and support return-to-work processes.
– Employment Contracts & Post-Retirement Hires: Manage employment-related contracts, including rehires and director-level agreements.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– 8+ years relevant HR experience, including specialty in HR operations/C&B areas
– Strong communication skills
– Good PC skills
– Strong labor law knowledge
